Vegan Burgers with Lentils Steaks

Ingredients

  • 250 gr Lentils
  • * 1 Cup Oats
  • * 1 tsp Cumin, Smoked Paprika
  • * 1/2 Red Onion + 1 Clove Garlic
  • * 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • * Salt, Pepper
  • * Vegan Cheddar Cheese
  • * Burger Bread
  • * Cabage, Pickles, Fermented Onions, Ketchup

Preparation

  1. In your food processor, pour oats, pulse until flour

  2. Then add lentils, red onion, garlic, mix

  3. Add salt, pepper, spices and olive oil

  4. Mix until well combined

  5. You should have a soft dough a bit sticky not too much

  6. Form steaks and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper

  7. Bake at 350 f for about 20 min or until crispy outside

  8. One minute before removing steak from oven, place a slice of vegan cheese on top to melt it

  9. Dress your burgers

  10. Decorate and enjoy!
