Weird Teriyaki Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 pack of meat substitute
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger purée
- 150g tomato passata
- 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- splash of water
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tin beans
Preparation
Add the broccoli, pepper, onion, carrot and meat substitute to a pan. Fry until the veg is starting to soften and the meat substitute is cooked
Add the garlic and ginger puree to the pan and mix in
Add all the remaining ingredients to the pan and cook for another few minutes
