Creamy Nutritious Chia Seed Pudding Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond or other plant milk
  • berries for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients except berries in a mason jar and stir with a spoon or close the jar tightly and shake it up until well incorporated.

  2. Cover jar and soak mixture in the fridge overnight.

  3. Top with berries in the morning and enjoy.
