Creamy Nutritious Chia Seed Pudding Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond or other plant milk
- berries for topping
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except berries in a mason jar and stir with a spoon or close the jar tightly and shake it up until well incorporated.
Cover jar and soak mixture in the fridge overnight.
Top with berries in the morning and enjoy.
