Single Serve Apple Berry Crumble
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (or raspberries)
- 1/2 an apple, cut into chunks
Crumble topping
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the blueberries, maple syrup and apple. Spoon into a medium-sized ramekin or an oven safe bowl.
Combine all the ingredients for the crumble in a separate bowl and mix well with your fingers until it starts to crumble together. Cover the fruit with the crumble and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until golden on top.
