Spiced Coconut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond/coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer

  2. Stir and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes then remove from stove top

  3. Top oats as desired and enjoy
