Vegan Bbq Tofu Nourish Bowl

Ingredients

  • tofu
  • BBQ sauce (store-bought)
  • bulgur wheat
  • avocado
  • broccoli
  • tomatoes
  • carrot
  • vegan mayonnaise
  • cucumber
  • lettuce

Preparation

  1. Cook bulgur wheat according to package directions

  2. Grate the carrot and mix with vegan mayonnaise

  3. Toss tofu with BBQ sauce and bake until edges are browned

  4. Chop avocado, broccoli, tomatoes, and cucumber

  5. Place lettuce at the bottom of a bowl

  6. Add the cooked bulgur wheat on top

  7. Arrange the baked tofu, avocado, broccoli, tomatoes, carrot mixture, and cucumber over the bulgur wheat
