One Minute Apple Crumble in a Mug

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tbsp oats, blended to a flour
  • 2 heaped tbsp oats
  • 3 tbsp apple sauce from a jar
  • 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp brown or white sugar or sweetener
  • 1 tsp margarine
  • 1 tsp sultanas

Preparation

  1. Put everything except the apple in a bowl and mix with a spoon and then your fingertips to create a crumble consistency.

  2. Get a mug and put the apple into the bottom of it.

  3. Then pour the crumble mixture onto it.

  4. Pop the mug in the microwave for 60 seconds.

  5. Empty onto a plate or into a bowl and pour over custard or cream.

Notes

  1. This recipe is quick, easy, cheap, vegan, and gluten-free, and can be prepared in 60 seconds. It is suitable for breakfast or dessert.
