One Minute Apple Crumble in a Mug
Ingredients
- 3 heaped tbsp oats, blended to a flour
- 2 heaped tbsp oats
- 3 tbsp apple sauce from a jar
- 1/3 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown or white sugar or sweetener
- 1 tsp margarine
- 1 tsp sultanas
Preparation
Put everything except the apple in a bowl and mix with a spoon and then your fingertips to create a crumble consistency.
Get a mug and put the apple into the bottom of it.
Then pour the crumble mixture onto it.
Pop the mug in the microwave for 60 seconds.
Empty onto a plate or into a bowl and pour over custard or cream.
