Fried Egg with Roasted Vegetables Lunch Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • Japanese sweet potatoes
  • tomatoes
  • feta
  • carrots
  • Primal Palate new bae seasoning
  • Brussels sprouts

Preparation

  1. Fry the egg in ghee.

  2. Roast Japanese sweet potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.

  3. Roast carrots with Primal Palate new bae seasoning at approximately 400°F for 40 minutes.

  4. Roast Brussels sprouts at 400°F for 45 minutes.

  5. Prepare avocado with red pepper flakes.

  6. Assemble the bowl with all ingredients including tomatoes and feta.
