Fried Egg with Roasted Vegetables Lunch Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ghee
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
- Japanese sweet potatoes
- tomatoes
- feta
- carrots
- Primal Palate new bae seasoning
- Brussels sprouts
Preparation
Fry the egg in ghee.
Roast Japanese sweet potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes on each side.
Roast carrots with Primal Palate new bae seasoning at approximately 400°F for 40 minutes.
Roast Brussels sprouts at 400°F for 45 minutes.
Prepare avocado with red pepper flakes.
Assemble the bowl with all ingredients including tomatoes and feta.
