Brazilian Banana Cake with Dulce De Leche
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Dulce de leche, to taste
Preparation
Beat the eggs, butter, and sugar together in a bowl until well combined
Add the flour and milk and mix, then add the baking powder and mix again
Pour the batter into a buttered and floured baking pan
Place the banana slices and dulce de leche on top of the batter
Bake in a medium oven for about 35 minutes
