Brazilian Banana Cake with Dulce De Leche

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 medium bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Dulce de leche, to taste

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs, butter, and sugar together in a bowl until well combined

  2. Add the flour and milk and mix, then add the baking powder and mix again

  3. Pour the batter into a buttered and floured baking pan

  4. Place the banana slices and dulce de leche on top of the batter

  5. Bake in a medium oven for about 35 minutes
