Fruit Caramel Cream Cake
Ingredients
- 1 packet (300g) cut cake
- 1 can (250g) mixed fruits
Caramel
- 5 cups milk
- 1 cup cream
- 5 packets cream caramel
Preparation
Prepare the caramel cream by mixing the milk, cream, and cream caramel packets according to package directions or until well combined and thickened.
In a serving dish, layer the cut cake, mixed fruits, and caramel cream alternately.
Refrigerate the assembled cake for several hours or until set.
Serve chilled, drizzled with caramel sauce.
