Fruit Caramel Cream Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 packet (300g) cut cake
  • 1 can (250g) mixed fruits

Caramel

  • 5 cups milk
  • 1 cup cream
  • 5 packets cream caramel

Preparation

  1. Prepare the caramel cream by mixing the milk, cream, and cream caramel packets according to package directions or until well combined and thickened.

  2. In a serving dish, layer the cut cake, mixed fruits, and caramel cream alternately.

  3. Refrigerate the assembled cake for several hours or until set.

  4. Serve chilled, drizzled with caramel sauce.
