Filling
- 2 cups cream or clotted cream
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup fine sugar
Topping
- 1 cup liquid cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Garnish

Preparation
Bring a transparent serving dish with high edges.
In a deep bowl, place the milk, honey, and rose water and mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
Using a serrated knife, remove the crusts from the toast.
For the filling, in a deep bowl, place the strawberries and sugar and mash with a fork until smooth, then add the cream and mix until combined.
Dip a slice of toast in the milk mixture and place it in the dish, repeating with remaining toast to cover the bottom.
Spread one-third of the filling over the toast in the dish.
Dip another slice of toast in the milk mixture and place it to cover the filling, then spread half of the remaining filling over the toast and repeat with remaining toast and filling.
For the topping, in a mixer bowl, place the cream and sugar, attach the whisk attachment, and mix for 3 minutes to get a creamy mixture.
Spread the topping mixture over the toast in the dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for several hours.
Remove the dish from the refrigerator, remove the plastic wrap, garnish with strawberries, and serve cold.
