Easy Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut chocolate pulp (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts and almonds
  • 1/4 cup cocoa nibs
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix the oats, buckwheat groats, nuts, nut pulp, and cacao nibs in a bowl.

  3. Mix the coconut oil, maple syrup, and cacao powder in a separate bowl.

  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry mixture and mix well to ensure everything is coated.

  5. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.

  6. Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool down without stirring.
