Easy Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch salt

Optional

  • Nut butter, to drizzle on top

Preparation

  1. Melt dark chocolate, then whisk in the nut butter, stirring until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients, then pour into a small lined tin.

  3. Drizzle over peanut butter and marble it.

  4. Chill overnight or in the freezer.

  5. If the texture isn't right, freeze to make cutting easier.

  6. Cut into squares and enjoy.
