Grilled Chicken Oregano Salad
Ingredients
- 200g chicken fillet
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano
- a pinch of salt
- olive oil
Preparation
Cut the chicken and drizzle with lemon juice.
Add Italian herbs, oregano, and salt, then let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Grill in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil.
Flip the chicken until it's cooked.
Cut into pieces and serve with your favorite salad.
Notes
The salad can include a mix of baby leaves, such as Highland brand, which is sold in supermarkets with dressing.
