Grilled Chicken Oregano Salad

Ingredients

  • 200g chicken fillet
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • a pinch of salt
  • olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the chicken and drizzle with lemon juice.

  2. Add Italian herbs, oregano, and salt, then let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. Grill in a non-stick pan with a little olive oil.

  4. Flip the chicken until it's cooked.

  5. Cut into pieces and serve with your favorite salad.

Notes

  1. The salad can include a mix of baby leaves, such as Highland brand, which is sold in supermarkets with dressing.
