Banana Chia Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • pinch of himalayan salt
  • 1/2 of a ripe banana

Preparation

  1. Place oats, chia seeds, water, milk and salt in a small saucepan

  2. Bring to a simmer and cook over low heat until thick and creamy

  3. Mash the banana with a fork and stir it into the oatmeal

  4. Transfer to a bowl, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy
