Banana Chia Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
- pinch of himalayan salt
- 1/2 of a ripe banana
Preparation
Place oats, chia seeds, water, milk and salt in a small saucepan
Bring to a simmer and cook over low heat until thick and creamy
Mash the banana with a fork and stir it into the oatmeal
Transfer to a bowl, top with your favourite toppings and enjoy
