Blender Cassava Cake with Coconut and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 kg grated cassava
- 200ml coconut milk
- 100g butter
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 100g shredded coconut
- 50g grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
In a blender blend the grated cassava coconut milk butter milk and sugar until smooth
Pour the blender mixture into a large bowl and mix in the flour shredded coconut grated cheese and baking powder
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan
Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden
