Blender Cassava Cake with Coconut and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 kg grated cassava
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 100g butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 100g shredded coconut
  • 50g grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. In a blender blend the grated cassava coconut milk butter milk and sugar until smooth

  2. Pour the blender mixture into a large bowl and mix in the flour shredded coconut grated cheese and baking powder

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan

  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden
