Blender Cassava Cake with Coconut and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 plate (about 1 kg) grated cassava
- 1 can (200 ml) coconut milk
- 100 g butter
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 50 g grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Preparation
Blend grated cassava, coconut milk, butter, milk, and sugar in a blender until smooth
Pour the blender mixture into a large bowl and mix in flour, shredded coconut, grated cheese, and baking powder
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan
Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden
