Blender Cassava Cake with Coconut and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 plate (about 1 kg) grated cassava
  • 1 can (200 ml) coconut milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend grated cassava, coconut milk, butter, milk, and sugar in a blender until smooth

  2. Pour the blender mixture into a large bowl and mix in flour, shredded coconut, grated cheese, and baking powder

  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan

  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven until golden
