Crispy pan fried potatoes

Ingredients

  • 400g potatoes⁣
  • 2tb plantbased butter⁣
  • 1 garlic clove⁣
  • 1 red onion⁣
  • 2 branches rosemary⁣
  • Salt, pepper⁣
  • 1 springonion⁣
  • 1/2 smoked tofu block⁣
  • Soy sauce⁣

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice the potatoes (3mm thick)⁣

  2. Cook them for about 10 minutes⁣

  3. Chop onion and garlic⁣

  4. Melt the plantbased butter in a pan⁣

  5. Add the half cooked potatoes⁣

  6. Cook them on medium heat for about 10 minutes⁣

  7. Add garlic, rosemary and onion and fry another 10 minutes until golden⁣

  8. Spice with salt and pepper⁣

  9. Chop tofu in tiny cubes⁣

  10. In another pan heat up oil and fry the tiny tofu cubes⁣

  11. Deglaze with soy sauce⁣

  12. Roughly chop the spring onion⁣

  13. Mix in spring onion and tofu cubes before serving⁣
