Crispy pan fried potatoes
Ingredients
- 400g potatoes
- 2tb plantbased butter
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 red onion
- 2 branches rosemary
- Salt, pepper
- 1 springonion
- 1/2 smoked tofu block
- Soy sauce
Preparation
Peel and slice the potatoes (3mm thick)
Cook them for about 10 minutes
Chop onion and garlic
Melt the plantbased butter in a pan
Add the half cooked potatoes
Cook them on medium heat for about 10 minutes
Add garlic, rosemary and onion and fry another 10 minutes until golden
Spice with salt and pepper
Chop tofu in tiny cubes
In another pan heat up oil and fry the tiny tofu cubes
Deglaze with soy sauce
Roughly chop the spring onion
Mix in spring onion and tofu cubes before serving
