Intense Cocoa Moist Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 cups flour
- 2 packets baking powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 tablespoons cocoa
Sauce
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 4 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Beat the eggs with sugar for 2 minutes.
Add milk and vegetable oil and beat again.
Add flour, baking powder, and cocoa. Do not add more flour than specified.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30-40 minutes, depending on your oven.
When the cake is almost done, prepare the sauce by stirring the sauce ingredients in a bowl until it boils.
Immediately after removing the cake from the oven, pour the boiling sauce over it while both are hot.
Serve hot or cold as desired.
