Salami and Cheese Pizza
Ingredients
Dough
- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons oil
- Water, as needed
- Milk, as needed
- 1/2 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Toppings
- Salami
- Cheese
- Tomato sauce
- Tomato
- Black pepper, to taste
- Oregano, optional
Preparation
Dough
Mix the flour, salt, and oil and set aside
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a little warm milk, then add to the flour mixture
Moisten the dough with water and knead with your hands until a uniform ball forms that does not stick
Cover the dough with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes to rise
Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet of your desired shape
Toppings
Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough using the back of a spoon
Layer cheese, deseeded tomato slices, and salami slices in that order
Sprinkle with black pepper and oregano
Baking
Bake in a preheated oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted
