Salami and Cheese Pizza

Ingredients

Dough

  • 400 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • Water, as needed
  • Milk, as needed
  • 1/2 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Toppings

  • Salami
  • Cheese
  • Tomato sauce
  • Tomato
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Oregano, optional

Preparation

Dough

  1. Mix the flour, salt, and oil and set aside

  2. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in a little warm milk, then add to the flour mixture

  3. Moisten the dough with water and knead with your hands until a uniform ball forms that does not stick

  4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes to rise

  5. Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet of your desired shape

Toppings

  1. Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough using the back of a spoon

  2. Layer cheese, deseeded tomato slices, and salami slices in that order

  3. Sprinkle with black pepper and oregano

Baking

  1. Bake in a preheated oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted
