Steamed Cassava Lemet Snack
Ingredients
- 1 kg cassava
- 1/2 grated coconut
- 350 g sliced palm sugar
- 50 g white sugar (optional)
- A pinch of salt
- Vanilla to taste
- Banana leaves
Preparation
Grate the cassava.
Mix the cassava with all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
Take a banana leaf, place 1 tablespoon of the mixture on it, fold the edges, and secure if necessary; repeat until all mixture is used.
Steam in a steamer with boiling water for 20-25 minutes.
