Fried Cassava with Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 kg peeled cassava
  • water for boiling
  • oil for frying
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • salt and stock powder to taste

Preparation

  1. Wash and cut the cassava as desired

  2. Mix all ingredients with the cassava and water, then boil over medium heat until cooked and tender

  3. Fry the cassava until golden brown and crispy

  1. Serve the fried cassava with warm tea
