Crispy Fried Cassava with Spices
Ingredients
- 1 kg peeled cassava
- Water for boiling
- Oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and stock powder to taste
Preparation
Wash the cassava and cut it to desired size.
Mix all the ingredients with the cassava and water, then boil over medium heat until cooked and tender.
Fry the cassava until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
