American Style Deep-Fried Corn Dog
Ingredients
- Jumbo sausages
- Cornmeal
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Liquid recao
Preparation
Mix cornmeal, salt, pepper, paprika, and liquid recao with water or other liquid to form a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to around 375°F.
Dip the sausages into the batter, ensuring even coating.
Fry the coated sausages until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, and serve immediately.
