Traditional Malaysian Potato Begedil

Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes (fried and mashed)
  • 100 g meat (boiled)
  • Fried onions
  • 1 egg
  • A little celery leaves
  • White pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop the boiled meat finely.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together and shape into balls as desired.

  3. Beat the egg evenly.

  4. Dip the shaped begedil in the egg.

  5. Fry the begedil until crispy.

  6. It's ready!
