Spicy Korean Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • Half a chicken, cut into small pieces
  • Chicken frying flour
  • 1 packet Adabi Korean sauce
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation

  1. Heat the oil first.

  2. Coat the chicken thoroughly with Adabi chicken frying flour.

  3. Check if the oil is hot by holding your hand above it.

  4. Add the chicken slowly and carefully once the oil is hot.

  5. Fry until golden brown, then remove the chicken.

  6. Heat the Korean sauce in a clean pan.

  7. Add the fried chicken to the hot sauce and mix well.

  8. Turn off the heat when evenly mixed.

  9. Serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Tips

  1. Use a different clean pan for heating the sauce to avoid contamination.

  2. Do not cook the sauce for too long to prevent it from drying out; add a little water if it becomes too dry.

  3. Reduce the spiciness if you are sensitive to heat.
