Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 60g Jumbo Rolled Oats
- 180ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 30g Choc & Nut Vegan Protein
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Maca Powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 20g Natural Almond M•lk Yog
- 1/2 tsp True Cinnamon
Toppings
- 1 Banana, sliced
- Cinnamon Syrup
- 5g Smooth Chocolate Drops
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160 Celsius (fan).
Mix the ingredients for the baked oats, except the oats, together and then add in the oats. Mix well.
Transfer to an ovenproof ramekin or bowl.
Top with sliced banana and rub a little cinnamon syrup over the flesh so the banana will caramelise.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Top with the chocolate drops and bake for a further 10 minutes.
