Chocolate Crepe Roll Cake
Ingredients
For crepe
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
For filling
- 2 tablespoons labne cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon sugar
For topping
- chocolate
- crushed hazelnuts
- a little oil
Preparation
Mix the crepe ingredients to make a batter.
Cook the crepes in a pan until done.
Prepare the filling by combining labne cheese, milk, cocoa, and sugar.
Assemble the cake by spreading the filling on the crepes and rolling them up.
Apply the topping with chocolate, crushed hazelnuts, and a bit of oil.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove from the refrigerator and serve.
