Chocolate Dipped Apple Slices with Caramel Nuts
Ingredients
- 2 large apples
- 3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 - 1 cup caramel
- Chopped pecans or any nuts
Preparation
Cut apples into thick slices and make a slit for inserting popsicle sticks.
Melt chocolate in microwave for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, then stir in coconut oil until smooth.
Dip apple slices in chocolate, place on parchment paper, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Drizzle with caramel, sprinkle with nuts, and enjoy.
Tips
You can use store-bought caramel or make it at home for better taste.
