Cinnamon Baked Pears with Yogurt and Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 pear
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • yogurt
  • granola

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 220C/fan 200C.

  2. Slice pear in half and remove core.

  3. Add 1 tsp coconut oil to a non-stick pan with 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp ground ginger.

  4. Place pear flesh side down and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Transfer pears to an oven dish and cook for 20 minutes.

  6. Serve with yogurt and a sprinkle of granola.
