Cinnamon Baked Pears with Yogurt and Granola
Ingredients
- 1 pear
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- yogurt
- granola
Preparation
Preheat oven to 220C/fan 200C.
Slice pear in half and remove core.
Add 1 tsp coconut oil to a non-stick pan with 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp ground ginger.
Place pear flesh side down and cook for 2 minutes.
Transfer pears to an oven dish and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve with yogurt and a sprinkle of granola.
