Apple Crumble Made with Oats and Spices

Ingredients

  • 4 tbls whole oats
  • 1 tbls chia seeds
  • 1/2 large or 1 small red apple grated
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup of almond milk (extra is needed)

Preparation

  1. Cook all ingredients on the stove top.

  2. Top with homemade crunchy granola.

  3. The flavor is sweet and delicious due to the grated apple; add a drizzle of maple syrup for extra sweetness if desired.
