Sautéed Cinnamon Apples with Yogurt and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • coconut oil
  • cinnamon
  • coconut sugar
  • Greek yogurt
  • peanut butter
  • 1/2 perfect bar

Preparation

  1. Use a core remover to remove the core from one apple.

  2. Cut the apple in half.

  3. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil.

  4. Sprinkle the apple halves with cinnamon and coconut sugar.

  5. Place the apple on the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes on each side.

  6. Preheat the oven to 450°F.

  7. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes depending on desired softness.

  8. Top with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon, and half a perfect bar.
