Sautéed Cinnamon Apples with Yogurt and Peanut Butter
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- coconut oil
- cinnamon
- coconut sugar
- Greek yogurt
- peanut butter
- 1/2 perfect bar
Preparation
Use a core remover to remove the core from one apple.
Cut the apple in half.
Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and add a little coconut oil.
Sprinkle the apple halves with cinnamon and coconut sugar.
Place the apple on the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes depending on desired softness.
Top with Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon, and half a perfect bar.
