Copycat Peach Ring Gummies with Real Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 lb peaches, peeled and sliced (use defrosted frozen peaches)
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
Coating
- Granulated sweetener
Preparation
Bloom the gelatin in orange juice for about 5 minutes to soften.
Puree the peeled and sliced peaches until smooth.
Combine the bloomed gelatin mixture, peach puree, and honey in a saucepan.
Heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin fully dissolves.
Pour the mixture into ring-shaped molds.
Refrigerate for several hours until the gummies are set.
Remove from molds and coat with granulated sweetener for a sugary finish.
