Copycat Peach Ring Gummies with Real Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 lb peaches, peeled and sliced (use defrosted frozen peaches)
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Coating

  • Granulated sweetener

Preparation

  1. Bloom the gelatin in orange juice for about 5 minutes to soften.

  2. Puree the peeled and sliced peaches until smooth.

  3. Combine the bloomed gelatin mixture, peach puree, and honey in a saucepan.

  4. Heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin fully dissolves.

  5. Pour the mixture into ring-shaped molds.

  6. Refrigerate for several hours until the gummies are set.

  7. Remove from molds and coat with granulated sweetener for a sugary finish.
