Cranberry Breakfast Cookies with Banana and Oats
Ingredients
- frozen cranberries
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp steel cut oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- lots of cinnamon
Preparation
Defrost frozen cranberries in the microwave.
In a bowl, combine 1 mashed banana, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, 1 tbsp ground flax, and lots of cinnamon.
Mix together.
Fold in the cranberries.
Form 3 cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350F for 8-10 mins.
