Cranberry Breakfast Cookies with Banana and Oats

Ingredients

  • frozen cranberries
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • lots of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Defrost frozen cranberries in the microwave.

  2. In a bowl, combine 1 mashed banana, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, 1 tbsp ground flax, and lots of cinnamon.

  3. Mix together.

  4. Fold in the cranberries.

  5. Form 3 cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake at 350F for 8-10 mins.
