Crispy Collagen Waffles with Protein Boost

- 2 teaspoons coconut sugar
Toppings

- 1/4 banana
- cashew butter
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs.
Add 1 mashed banana and stir to combine.
Add 1.5 cups almond flour, 1.5 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 tablespoon furtherfood collagen, and 2 teaspoons coconut sugar; mix until well blended.
Pour the batter into a preheated waffle maker and cook until crispy and golden.
Top the waffle with dark chocolate pieces, sliced banana, and a drizzle of cashew butter.
