Easy Pineapple Coconut Yogurt Jars with Chia
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon shredded unsweetened coconut
- fresh pineapple
- unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Preparation
Stir 1 teaspoon of chia seeds into unsweetened non-dairy yogurt to thicken.
In a jar, add a layer starting with 1 teaspoon of shredded unsweetened coconut.
Add fresh pineapple to the layer.
Add the thickened yogurt mixture.
