Pineapple Coconut Chia Yogurt Jars
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon shredded unsweetened coconut
- fresh pineapple
- unsweetened non-dairy yogurt
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Preparation
Stir 1 teaspoon of chia seeds into unsweetened non-dairy yogurt to thicken.
Layer in a jar: start with 1 teaspoon of shredded unsweetened coconut, add fresh pineapple, then the yogurt mixture.
Store in the fridge to cool and enjoy when ready.
