Lazy Oatmeal Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp PB2
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  3. Form into balls and press down with the palm of your hand.

  4. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
