Orange Butter Sunquick Cake
Ingredients
- 250g butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 tablespoons Sunquick orange
- orange zest
Preparation
Beat the butter and sugar together until light and white.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Sift the flour and baking powder together, then fold into the mixture slowly.
Stir in the Sunquick orange and orange zest.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 50 minutes, adjusting for your specific oven.
