Overnight Blueberry Steel Cut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sprouted steel cut oats
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 tablespoon probiotic ground chia
  • 1/2 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 spoonful cinnamon vanilla cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Stir everything together and cover.

  2. Store in the fridge overnight.

  3. In the morning, enjoy cold or heat on the stove, adding an extra splash of almond milk if desired.

  4. Top with banana, pepitas, and white chia seeds.
