Quick 2-Ingredient Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 600ml double cream
- 400g dark chocolate

- Dark chocolate
Preparation
Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in the microwave in 1-minute and 10-second bursts until fully melted, then let it cool slightly while preparing the cream.
Add the cream and melted chocolate to a large bowl or stand mixer and whisk until soft peaks form.
Spoon the mixture into glass ramekins.
Sprinkle with cacao powder and top with chocolate if desired.
