Sago Pearls with Pandan Sauce
Ingredients
Sago components
- small sago pearls
- food coloring
Sauce
- 2 cups water
- liquid milk
- one box coconut milk
- condensed milk
- pandan leaves
- one block palm sugar
- pinch of salt
- keladi extract
Preparation
Cook small sago pearls until they become transparent.
Drain and rinse with tap water while still hot to prevent clumping.
Separate the pearls and add a small amount of food coloring.
Combine all sauce ingredients in a pot.
Cook the sauce on low heat until well blended and heated through.
Notes
