Sago Pearls with Pandan Sauce

Ingredients

Sago components

  • small sago pearls
  • food coloring

Sauce

  • 2 cups water
  • liquid milk
  • one box coconut milk
  • condensed milk
  • pandan leaves
  • one block palm sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • keladi extract

Preparation

  1. Cook small sago pearls until they become transparent.

  2. Drain and rinse with tap water while still hot to prevent clumping.

  3. Separate the pearls and add a small amount of food coloring.

  4. Combine all sauce ingredients in a pot.

  5. Cook the sauce on low heat until well blended and heated through.

Notes
