Steamed Strawberry Yogurt Cheesecake
Ingredients
Cake batter
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon ovalette
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon rose pink food coloring
- 2 teaspoons strawberry flavoring
- 3 tablespoons Dutch Lady strawberry flavored milk
- 1 tablespoon strawberry yogurt
- 1.5 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.25 cup cooking oil
Cheese mixture
- 250g cream cheese
- 0.5 cup condensed milk
- 0.25 cup Dutch Lady strawberry flavored milk
Preparation
Beat the eggs, ovalette, caster sugar, rose pink food coloring, and strawberry flavoring until fluffy.
Add the Dutch Lady strawberry flavored milk and strawberry yogurt, then beat until well combined.
Add the wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda, then beat again.
Add the cooking oil and mix well.
Line the pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and steam for 40 minutes.
Mix together the cream cheese, condensed milk, and Dutch Lady strawberry flavored milk until smooth.
Once the cake has cooled slightly, cut it using a string to create layers.
Spread the cheese mixture between the layers or on top of the cake.
