Steamed Banana Cake
Ingredients
Wet
- 1 cup mashed banana
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn oil or cooking oil or melted margarine
- 3 grade A eggs
- 3 tablespoons condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Dry
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Beat sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, condensed milk, and oil for about 3-5 minutes until white.
Add the mashed banana and stir until well combined.
Add the sifted flour little by little and stir well with a spatula until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into a container and steam until cooked.
