Sausages with Mash and Eggs

Ingredients

  • Mashed potato (the powdered kind, from a packet)
  • Water
  • Onion salt
  • Chives
  • 3 x Marks and Spencer plant kitchen plant bangers
  • 5 x Clarence Court free range quail eggs
  • Mushrooms
  • Heinz no added sugar tomato ketchup
  • Colmans mustard
  • Sea salt
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Prepare the mashed potatoes by mixing the powdered mash with water, onion salt, and chives according to package instructions.

  2. Oven-cook the plant-based sausages as directed.

  3. Fry the mushrooms until tender.

  4. Fry the quail eggs until cooked to your liking.

  5. Assemble the dish and season with sea salt, additional chives, chilli flakes, ketchup, and mustard to taste.
