Almond Milk Oat Porridge with Peaches

Ingredients

  • 75g oats
  • 300ml almond milk
  • 1 fresh peach
  • 1 tbsp pea protein powder
  • 1 tbsp mixed nuts
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, almond milk, and pea protein powder in a saucepan and bring to a simmer

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and creamy, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Chop the fresh peach into small pieces

  4. Top the cooked porridge with chopped peach, mixed nuts, and mixed seeds
