Almond Milk Oat Porridge with Peaches
Ingredients
- 75g oats
- 300ml almond milk
- 1 fresh peach
- 1 tbsp pea protein powder
- 1 tbsp mixed nuts
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
Preparation
Combine oats, almond milk, and pea protein powder in a saucepan and bring to a simmer
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and creamy, about 5-10 minutes
Chop the fresh peach into small pieces
Top the cooked porridge with chopped peach, mixed nuts, and mixed seeds
