CHIAful Overnight Oats with Green Gold Swirl
Ingredients
Oats base
- 1/2 cup uncooked oats
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp nut butter (optional)
- pinch salt
- 2/3 cup almond milk or water
Honey mixture
- 1/4 tsp Drasanvi chlorella powder
- 1/4 tsp pea protein powder
- 1/4 tsp reishi powder
- or 3/4 tsp of any superfood powder
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
Toppings
- Coconut milk or coconut whipped cream
- Fresh banana and pomegranate
- Cinnamon
- Drasanvi hemp seeds
Preparation
Before bed, combine oats, chia seeds, nut butter, and salt in a bowl. Pour almond milk over, stir, and refrigerate. Ensure oats are slightly covered but not submerged.
In a jar, stir together honey and superfood powders. Seal the jar and set aside.
In the morning, stir the oats mixture to evenly distribute the nut butter, then add your favorite toppings.
Enjoy the oats. For variety, experiment with different superfood mixtures by stirring them into the honey or directly into the oats to boost overall health with small, regular amounts.
