Lavender Blue Spirulina Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp @copina_co Original Beauty plant-based collagen boost blend
  • 1/2 cup @bobsredmill rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon @suncorefoods blue spirulina
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tbsp edible dried lavender
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

Toppings

  • a drizzle of @lovvelavva plant yogurt
  • @salbachia chia seeds
  • Blueberries
  • @savannahbeeco bee pollen
  • sliced dragonfruit

Preparation

  1. Steep the lavender buds in the hot water for about 2 minutes to make lavender tea.

  2. Remove the lavender from the tea.

  3. Add the tea and remaining ingredients to the oats.

  4. Heat over medium on the stove for about 5 minutes, or until the oats begin to cook.

  5. Remove from heat, then top as desired and enjoy.
