Nut-Free No Bake Chocolate Snack Bars
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, GF if needed
- 1/4 raw cacao
- 1 cup medjool dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips, optional
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a medium sized food processor and process until a brownie type dough forms.
Line a loaf pan with wax paper and press the dough into the loaf pan to form a rectangle.
Press chocolate chips into the top and chill in fridge or freezer.
When firm slice into bars and enjoy!
