Nut-Free No Bake Chocolate Snack Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, GF if needed
  • 1/4 raw cacao
  • 1 cup medjool dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, optional

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium sized food processor and process until a brownie type dough forms.

  2. Line a loaf pan with wax paper and press the dough into the loaf pan to form a rectangle.

  3. Press chocolate chips into the top and chill in fridge or freezer.

  4. When firm slice into bars and enjoy!
