Homemade Strawberry Jam with Lemon
Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries
- 1 kg sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation
Wash and rinse the strawberries.
Combine the strawberries with sugar and refrigerate for one day.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Cook for 25 minutes after boiling begins.
Skim off any foam completely to ensure the jam is clear.
